Mr. Graziano is a thoughtful and seasoned civil litigator. He regularly defends attorneys in professional liability cases, and has co-authored articles pertaining to legal malpractice that have been published by the Virginia Association of Defense Attorneys Journal of Civil Litigation and the Maryland Bar Journal. Mr. Graziano also serves as lead counsel on personal injury, commercial contract, collections, and insurance defense cases. Recently, his persistence and dedication in defense of an individual client resulted in a personal injury settlement of $20,000.00 with a plaintiff who claimed to have suffered $300,000.00 in special damages, and despite personal exposure of up to $650,000.00.
