Mr. Parsons is a flexible and experienced civil litigator. His significant areas of expertise include commercial contract litigation and commercial lease litigation, condominium law, fraud defense, professional defense, and insurance defense, including coverage litigation. Mr. Parsons has served as lead counsel on several trials, and served as supporting counsel to Mr. Cunningham in a successful coverage arbitration where more than $8,000,000.00 in potential liability was precluded. Previously Mr. Parsons helped edit and draft the Accounting Series of the Bureau of National Affairs Tax and Accounting Portfolios .
