Mr. Feinberg is an innovative litigator with first-chair trial experience and has served as lead or supporting counsel on a wide range of civil litigation matters. His areas of expertise include civil rights, employment discrimination, homeowner's association disputes, personal injury, legal malpractice, family law (divorce and custody), commercial transactions, professional defense, creditor's rights and insurance, including coverage litigation. Mr. Feinberg recently earned a defense victory in a legal malpractice bench trial, and successfully negotiated major settlements on behalf of his clients in highly-contested matters. Mr. Feinberg's scholarly works have been published on various issues of Civil Rights Law, and he has co-authored chapters in legal treatises and opinion-editorial works on Construction Law, Business Law, and Presidential politics.
