Mr. Lippman is a successful civil litigator with a wide range of experience and expertise, including insurance defense, employment law, contracts, torts, medical malpractice defense, franchise law, and intellectual property. Mr. Lippman currently practices in trial and appellate courts throughout Maryland, and has experience litigating before several  United States District Courts. Mr. Lippman's current clients of note include a major insurance carrier and a 4,000 unit homeowners association. Mr. Lippman also recently co-authored An Overlooked Defense to Professional Liability Claims Against Attorneys, to be published in the summer 2010 edition of the Maryland Bar Journal.
